Marvin D. Clifton - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Clifton was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Technicoil on February 1, 2008.  Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Clifton served as the Corporation’s President and Chief Operating Officer since December 2002.  Mr. Clifton is responsible for providing overall leadership and general management for the company.  Mr. Clifton has over 40 years experience in the oil and gas services industry including senior executive and management roles in public and private oil and gas service companies in Canada.  Prior to joining Technicoil, Mr. Clifton was Senior Vice President, Operations of Precision Well Servicing.

 

Robert W. Sprinkhuysen, CA - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sprinkhuysen, a Chartered Accountant, was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Technicoil effective October 8, 2008.  Mr. Sprinkhuysen is a key member of the Technicoil leadership team and is responsible for the overall leadership of Technicoil’s financial and administrative functions.   Mr. Sprinkhuysen brings to Technicoil over 10 years of financial and operational management experience of increasing responsibility with Canadian public companies in the oil and gas industry.  Prior thereto, Mr. Sprinkhuysen worked for Deloitte & Touche in Calgary, Alberta where he attained his Chartered Accountant designation.
